Villa Lascaux is a contemporary wooden bioclimatic house with large windows, designed for the pleasure of living close to nature.
Villa Lascaux is situated in a small hamlet in the heart of black Périgord above the Beune Valley, which is a nature reserve and the largest concentration in the world of Paleolithic engraved caves.
The 5 rooms and the living rooms are sunny and enjoy the unique view into the valley.
Particular care was taken in choosing natural materials : wood, slate, rocks ... by combining different techniques to limit energy and water consumption. Photovoltaic electricity, solar hot water, rainwater tank, grass roof, dual flow ventilation connected to a pipe system to cool or warm the atmosphere according to the season.
The pool, heated by solar energy and the Jacuzzi (in Summer), benefits a southern exposure and view of the valley.
The ground floor is suitable for disabled people.
Each of the 5 guest rooms, great comfort, has its private terrace. Pure lines, design furniture and warm, comfortable bedding kingsize, free wifi, private bathroom with separate toilet.
Today we are very pleased to welcome you to Villa Lascaux for a stay discovery of this region overflowing with riches, a weekend relaxing, rejuvenating holiday or a mini seminar with colleagues.
